We are experiencing significant growth and excited to share a new opportunity for a Full-Time Aesthetic Injector and Medical Dermatology Clinician. Who You Are. You are passionate about helping clients achieve their aesthetic and skincare goals. This is a flexible opportunity with a hybrid role of medical aesthetics and medical dermatology and will tailored to the right candidate. Friends and coworkers would describe you as honest, self-starter, hardworking, dependable, and an excellent communicator. You hold licensure as an NP, PA, MD, or DO.
Performance:
Medical aesthetics Perform full-face assessments and generate treatment plans on all patients. Administer aesthetic injections of neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and collagen biostimulator in a safety-first focused manner. Accurately document patient treatment notes in our electronic medical record. Maintain excellent communication with clients + the Refreshed MD team. Follow-up with clients + take action on their needs. Develop + attend community events. [one every eight weeks] Manage + respond to all patient emergencies or urgent needs and ensure patient safety at all times. Accept responsibility for patient outcomes; ensuring overall service satisfaction with treatments. Invest in yourself by improving current aesthetic techniques + learning new skills. Attend educational webinars, workshops, classes, conferences as outlined in your annual growth review. Learn + help develop our energy-based practice tools. [ultrasound, laser] Confidently rely on and discuss information on all treatments and services, treatment timelines, pre + post-care requirements, recommendations, prices. Take ownership + responsibility in marketing, recruitment of patients, patient retention. Acknowledge and respond to relevant patient queries, needs and expectations Provide in clinic GFE (good faith exam) support when needed, as licensure permits Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered at the company Assist with other duties + administrative assignments as assigned. Clinical Dermatology + Patient Care. Medical dermatology component will be tailored to the right fit for the practice and provider Conduct comprehensive skin exams and diagnose common dermatologic conditions, such as acne, eczema, rosacea, dermatitis, fungal infections and hair disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans within your scope of practice Manage chronic dermatologic conditions and provide continuity of care through follow-ups and care coordination Screen for skin cancers, including melanoma, basal cell carcinoma, and squamous cell carcinoma Clinical Dermatology Procedures + Treatments. Perform dermatologic procedures including shave and punch biopsies, excisions of benign lesions and lipomas, and liquid nitrogen/wart removal Prescribe and manage dermatology-related medications, including topical and oral therapies Collaborate with the Medical Director/Founder on more complex or out-of-scope cases; referring out as needed Being. Aesthetic and medical dermatology is your profession, not your side-hustle Abide by a high standard of professional ethics. Maintain an energetic positive attitude and contribute toward a team based environment Flexible + able to adjust to unexpected occurrences. Receives + gives constructive feedback. Builds successful relationships with patients + teammates. Preference for a fast paced environment. Reliable, composed, stable under pressure to handle on-the-job challenges. Image. Contribute to Refreshed MD social media content. Engage with clients through your professional social media profile. Maintain a highly professional image. Establish professional relationships outside the practice at events + trainings. Required Qualifications. Current ARNP, PA, Naturopath, MD/DO license in Oregon. Minimum one year experience injecting in aesthetic medicine. Experience in diagnosing and treatment of common skin conditions Knowledgeable in consultation, and highly proficient in administering neuromodulators + dermal fillers +biostimulators. Preferred Qualifications. Two years' experience as an Aesthetic Injector Ability to start an IV and perform blood draws Experience with women's health including hormone optimization and weight management The Opportunity.
