Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Esthetician to elevate our clients' skincare journeys through expert aesthetic treatments and personalized care. In this dynamic role, you will deliver a wide range of skincare services, including facials, waxing, and advanced skin treatments, while fostering a welcoming environment that encourages client loyalty. Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare services such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care. Deliver spa services including waxing (body waxing and facial waxing), eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care to enhance clients' natural beauty. Provide expert product demos and recommend retail products tailored to individual skin types and concerns to support ongoing skincare routines. Maintain strict sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning and sterilizing all equipment and treatment areas in accordance with health regulations. Engage in effective client communication to understand their needs, educate them on treatment options, and ensure a positive experience from consultation to post-treatment follow-up. Promote retail sales by educating clients about available products and treatments that complement their aesthetic goals. Assist with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations within the spa or salon environment. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with active certification in skincare and esthetic treatments. Proven experience delivering professional skincare services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser treatments. Strong knowledge of spa services such as waxing (including body waxing), eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively and provide exceptional customer service. Familiarity with sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment environment at all times. Ability to educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations confidently.
