We specialize in non-invasive body sculpting and results-focused treatments in a welcoming, luxury environment. We are looking for someone who is professional, coachable, dependable, comfortable talking with clients, and excited to grow with a business—not someone who simply wants to perform treatments and go home. What You'll Do Perform body sculpting and aesthetic treatments according to Lovely Aesthetics XO protocols and your licensed scope of practice Complete client consultations and help clients understand which treatment options may best support their goals Take before-and-after photos, measurements, and other progress documentation Educate clients on treatment plans, recommended frequency, expectations, aftercare, and maintenance Provide an elevated, comfortable client experience from beginning to end Recommend treatment packages, memberships, and additional services when appropriate Rebook clients and help them stay consistent with their treatment plans Maintain detailed and accurate client notes Properly clean, disinfect, and prepare treatment rooms and equipment Follow all sanitation, safety, privacy, and company protocols Communicate client concerns or unusual treatment responses to management Participate in ongoing team training, treatment training, and sales/client-experience coaching Help maintain a clean, organized, professional spa environment Support the team with daily opening, closing, cleaning, and operational responsibilities What We're Looking For Current Oregon Advanced Esthetician license in good standing Strong customer-service and communication skills Comfortable educating clients and making recommendations Comfortable discussing packages and asking for the sale Professional appearance and communication Reliable and punctual Detail-oriented and able to follow established treatment protocols Comfortable documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records Coachable and open to learning our specific treatment methods Able to work independently while still being part of a team Someone who genuinely enjoys helping clients feel confident about themselves Experience Previous body sculpting, advanced esthetics, spa, wellness, sales, or client-service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right Advanced Esthetician on our equipment and company-specific protocols. We care heavily about attitude, professionalism, reliability, willingness to learn, and how you treat our clients.
