Position Summary As an Advanced Esthetician/Laser Technician, you will perform advanced aesthetic treatments while creating an exceptional client experience from consultation through follow-up care. This role combines clinical excellence with consultative sales, helping clients understand treatment plans and membership options that support their long-term skincare goals. You'll also have the opportunity to work with the Candela GentleMax Pro Plus, one of the industry's leading laser platforms. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care

• Perform laser hair removal and other advanced aesthetic laser treatments.
• Conduct comprehensive client consultations and assess treatment eligibility.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals.
• Operate the Candela GentleMax Pro Plus safely and effectively.
• Educate clients on treatment expectations, aftercare, and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and client records.
• Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and safety protocols. Client Experience
• Deliver an exceptional, welcoming, and personalized experience from the moment clients arrive.
• Build strong, long-term relationships through trust, education, and consistent care.
• Create a calm, luxurious, and reassuring treatment environment.
• Address client questions professionally and confidently. Membership & Sales
• Educate clients on available treatment packages and memberships.
• Recommend treatment plans based on client goals—not sales pressure.
• Naturally convert single-visit clients into recurring monthly members.
• Meet individual and team membership goals through consultative selling. Team Collaboration
• Work closely with the medspa team to ensure seamless client care.
• Assist with maintaining treatment rooms and clinic cleanliness.
• Stay current on aesthetic trends, technologies, and best practices. Marketing Support (Optional)
• Capture simple behind-the-scenes content, treatment clips, B-roll, and educational videos for social media.
• Participate in occasional marketing initiatives to support brand awareness. Qualifications Required
• Active Oregon Advanced Esthetician License (or equivalent licensing required to perform laser treatments).
• Experience performing laser hair removal and aesthetic treatments.
• Strong knowledge of laser safety and skin assessment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Comfortable educating clients on treatment recommendations.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. Preferred
• Experience using Candela laser systems.
• Previous experience in a luxury medspa or cosmetic practice. Experience selling memberships or treatment packages.
• Familiarity with aesthetic consultation best practices.
• Social media content creation experience (preferred but not required). Clinic Hours

Tuesday-Friday:

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Saturday:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Preferred scheduling includes one of the following:

• Option 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Morning)
