Responsibilities include:
Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations Develop customized treatment plans based on each patient's goals Perform advanced injectable treatments including: Botox® Dysport® Dermal fillers Biostimulators Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and long-term treatment planning Recommend complementary skincare and aesthetic services when appropriate Build long-term relationships through exceptional follow-up and patient care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and photography Collaborate closely with surgeons, providers, and the aesthetic team Participate in educational events, patient appreciation events, marketing initiatives, and social media content when appropriate Continue advancing your clinical skills through ongoing education Who Thrives Here Our most successful injectors are: Passionate about aesthetic medicine Exceptional communicators Naturally confident without being pushy Highly ethical Detail-oriented and artistic Relationship builders who create loyal patients Comfortable developing comprehensive treatment plans Motivated by excellence—not complacency Team players who celebrate the success of others Self-driven professionals who continually invest in becoming even better Qualifications Required Current RN, NP, or PA license (Oregon or eligible) Minimum of 3 years of aesthetic injecting experience Demonstrated expertise with neuromodulators and dermal fillers Strong knowledge of facial anatomy Outstanding consultation and communication skills Proven ability to build patient trust and retention Preferred Plastic surgery practice experience Experience with medical-grade skincare Experience participating in patient education and marketing initiatives Existing patient following Compensation & Benefits We believe exceptional providers deserve exceptional opportunities.
