We are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences and outstanding results, utilizing advanced technologies and personalized care. Bucky Body Center one of our valued partners, is looking for a Medical Aesthetician to join their fast-growing, state-of-the-art clinic located in Ardmore, PA. The ideal candidate will have a love for the aesthetic industry, a deep understanding of advanced skincare treatments, and exceptional customer service skills. We are seeking someone with a passion for collaboration, who is eager to help both the team and patients achieve their goals. A willingness to learn, train, and grow within the industry is essential.

Work Schedule:

This is a full time position requiring 40 hours per week. The role is onsite with standard working hours 8:30AM-5PM. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while ensuring business needs are met.

Responsibilities:

Perform cosmetic and advanced aesthetic procedures and treatments involving the skin, face, and body; Promote client retention through consistent, detailed, and timely follow-up communications and care Provide client education, instructions, and counseling related to aesthetic procedures, outcomes, and aftercare; Assist other providers with their clients and the practice's needs as directed; Demonstrate brand loyalty and promotion of the business as an individual and as a team member; Maintained a safe, sanitary, and compliant clinical environment by adhering to infection control, safety, quality assurance, and regulatory standards in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Maintain professional competency by participating in continuing education programs, reviewing relevant literature, and collaborating with colleagues to stay informed of developments in aesthetics as an aesthetician.

Qualifications:

Valid PA Advanced Esthetician License. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aesthetics field, with a proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, educate them on treatments, and provide clear follow-through on their care plans. Proficient in performing consultations, cross-promoting services and skincare products, and demonstrating the ability to close sales effectively. Hands-on experience with a wide range of advanced procedures such as cosmetic lasers, light-based therapy & micro-needling. Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols to recommend the best options for each client's unique needs.
