Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Esthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and aesthetic treatments, including facials, waxing, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, and makeup application. Your expertise will help clients look and feel their best while providing outstanding customer service in a lively and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and dermal fillers with precision and care. Conduct waxing services including body waxing and hair threading to meet client needs. Administer advanced aesthetic procedures like laser hair removal, esthetic laser treatments, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, eyelash extensions, and tinting services. Maintain strict sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable skincare products and treatments based on individual skin types and concerns. Utilize salon software such as

MINDBODY

for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales tracking. Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about treatment options and aftercare instructions. Experience Proven experience working as an Esthetician or in the beauty industry with a strong background in skincare treatments. Knowledge of salon software systems like MINDBODY or similar platforms. Skilled in performing a wide range of esthetic services including facials, waxing (body waxing), eyelash extensions, makeup application, and barbering. Familiarity with advanced aesthetic procedures such as laser hair removal, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, skin tightening techniques, and other esthetic laser treatments. Strong understanding of sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations.
