Medical Aesthetician StarkMD Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Center - Bryn Mawr, PA StarkMD Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Center is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a premier plastic surgery and aesthetic practice alongside a highly respected, double board-certified plastic surgeon and a dedicated team committed to clinical excellence and outstanding patient care. We are looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about aesthetics, skincare, laser technology, and delivering exceptional patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is experienced in advanced aesthetic procedures, excels at patient consultations, and is committed to helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals through customized treatment plans and ongoing care. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and patient consultations
- Develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Perform aesthetic and laser treatments in accordance with established protocols
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, skincare regimens, and post-treatment care
- Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products and treatment packages
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Support patient retention through outstanding service and follow-up care Treatments and Technologies

- Microneedling
- Medical-Grade Skincare Programs Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Aesthetician License required
- Minimum two years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic practice preferred
- Experience performing laser and energy-based treatments required
- Experience with Sciton technologies, including HALO®, MOXI®, BBL®, ClearV™, and ClearSilk™, strongly preferred
- Experience with Morpheus8® preferred
- Strong consultation, retail, and treatment package sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient satisfaction
