In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare treatments and personalized client experiences that enhance confidence, promote skin health, and support overall wellness. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a collaborative medical aesthetic environment with ongoing education and opportunities to expand your skills. Responsibilities Perform esthetic services within your scope of practice, including facials, customized skincare treatments, chemical peels, body waxing, and other skin-enhancing services with precision and care. Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop individualized treatment and home-care recommendations based on each client's concerns and goals. Perform advanced treatments such as microneedling and laser-based skin rejuvenation procedures based on appropriate training, certification, state regulations, and demonstrated competency. Educate clients on skincare products, treatment plans, and maintenance programs to optimize long-term results. Maintain accurate client records using the practice management software and ensure all documentation is complete. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and infection control, ensuring all treatment areas and equipment are properly sanitized. Support retail skincare sales by educating clients on professional products that complement their treatment plans. Stay current with industry advancements, techniques, products, and continuing education opportunities. Qualifications & Skills Current Esthetician license in the state of Pennsylvania. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Esthetician required. An established clientele and ability to bring an existing patient/client base is strongly preferred. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with excellent retention and customer service. Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, treatment protocols, and product recommendations. Experience with chemical peels, facials, waxing, and advanced skincare treatments preferred. Experience with microneedling and laser procedures is a plus but not required; additional training opportunities may be available for the right candidate. Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills. Sales experience and confidence recommending skincare products and treatment packages preferred. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
