We are a small, boutique spa located in Philadelphia with a warm, family-style environment. Our team is friendly, supportive, and professional. We value kindness, respect, and a passion for helping clients feel their best.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-service aesthetician to provide a wide range of skincare and spa services with exceptional client care. The ideal candidate is skilled, reliable, personable, and enjoys working in a close-knit environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform customized facials, peels, and skincare treatments Body waxing (full body preferred but not required) Brow shaping, tinting, lash services (optional but a plus) Provide skincare consultations & product recommendations Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space Build repeat clientele through excellent service and communication Uphold Pennsylvania state licensing standards and sanitation requirements Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive spa culture
Qualifications:
Pennsylvania Esthetician License (required) Strong communication and customer service skills Professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a small team environment
Compensation & Benefits:

Schedule:
Full-time Weekend availability required
