Responsibilities Provide a range of skincare services, including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, eyelash extensions, waxing, massage, spray tanning, and teeth whitening. Perform body waxing, threading, and other hair removal services with precision and attention to detail. Offer customized makeup applications for both everyday wear and special occasions. Utilize salon software to manage appointments, maintain client records, and process retail sales. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment plans to build lasting relationships. Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards in compliance with all health and safety regulations. Requirements Current esthetician or cosmetology license in accordance with state regulations. Experience in retail sales of skincare products and services. Knowledge of advanced treatments, including laser services, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, and waxing. Proficiency with salon scheduling and client management software. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele. Experience in makeup, waxing, facials, fillers, spray tanning, massage, and lash services is preferred. Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
