Lash and Brow Specialist Glow By Melisandris LLC 80 East Wynnewood Road, Wynnewood, PA 19096 From $25 an hour - Part-time, Full-time, Apprenticeship, Internship From $25 an hour - Part-time, Full-time, Apprenticeship, Internship We are seeking a passionate, talented, and growth-minded Lash & Brow Specialist to join our luxury beauty studio. This position combines artistry, technical skill, and exceptional customer service to help clients look and feel their absolute best. At Glow by Melisandris, we believe in creating more than beautiful lashes and brows. We create an elevated experience built on trust, education, and long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for a Licensed Esthetician. As the studio continues to expand, there will be opportunities to service clients independently while the owner is traveling, with a profit-sharing compensation structure. We are looking for someone who is dependable, trustworthy, motivated to learn, and excited to build a long-term career in the beauty industry.
Responsibilities:
Perform professional lash and brow services, including eyelash extensions, lash lifts, brow sculpting, brow mapping, brow tinting, brow laminations. Conduct thorough client consultations to understand each client's goals and recommend appropriate services and home care. Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience from consultation through checkout. Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness while complying with all Pennsylvania State Board regulations. Maintain accurate client notes, treatment records, and appointment details. Assist with creating social media content, including before-and-after photos and videos, while helping promote the Glow brand. Participate in continuing education and hands-on mentorship to expand your skills and service offerings. Represent the Glow brand with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Skills Active Pennsylvania Esthetician License (Required). Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to continued education. Experience with lash extensions, brow services, or facial waxing is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who is motivated, coachable, and eager to learn. Strong attention to detail and an artistic eye. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional, dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated. Ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and provide personalized recommendations. Comfortable learning new techniques and receiving mentorship. Basic knowledge of scheduling software and point-of-sale systems is a plus. Experience with social media content creation is preferred, but not required.
