We are an established Medspa and Aesthetics Practice in central PA, that has three locations, including Camp Hill, Harrisburg, and York Pennsylvania. Our mission at Revived Medical Aesthetics is to inspire women to become the best version of themselves. We are quickly growing and seeking a hardworking, high energy, Licensed Medical Aesthetician/ Laser Specialist with a passion for helping others look and feel their best. Candidate must have a love for the aesthetic industry and be willing to train, learn, and continue to grow with our team. Ideal candidate will have experience with advanced skin care treatments, laser treatments, and skin care plans. Key Responsibilities MUST have experience working with Lasers Successfully complete all required training on skin treatments, product knowledge, and client experience standards Perform facials and laser treatments within the scope of the client's needs Deliver best-in-class skin treatments under the supervision of the Medical Director Conduct customized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals Educate clients on all services, products, and treatment plans using practice guidelines Recommend and cross-sell services and products that enhance results and overall outcomes Maintain accurate, detailed charting and documentation in patient records Comply with all protocols, policies, and safety standards Effectively utilize all systems including EMR, imaging software, and client engagement platforms Maintain organization of treatment rooms, equipment, and workflow efficiency Adapt quickly to new systems, technology, and operational updates Support practice growth through consistent content creation, including: Daily Instagram stories and posts on professional accounts Monthly video content days Participation in events and marketing campaigns as directed Collect and encourage client testimonials, reviews, and before/after documentation
The Right Fit:
A quick learner with problem-solving and critical thinking skills - someone who takes the initiative to figure out what needs to be done through creativity and flexibility Customer-service oriented with ability to quickly establish rapport with clients Obsessively motivated, reliable, and resourceful Has an aptitude for or ability to quickly master communication around aesthetic Procedures Superior organizational skills, follow-through skills and attention to detail Excellent sales & consultative skills with the ability to upsell by adding value for patients
Must-Haves:
Active aesthetician license Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal) Positive, upbeat personality, with a professional and polished appearance Strong understanding or willingness to learn practice operations, technology, and social media Willingness to post to social media on a consistent basis Ability to always uphold and represent the brand with professionalism Team-oriented mindset with demonstrated leadership qualities Commitment to ongoing education, growth, and adherence to company policies High level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients, and staff members Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends Flexibility to work in all three of our Med Spa locations: York, Camp Hill, and Harrisburg Openness to learning new techniques and procedures as well as our brand language We are actively accepting applications for current openings and future openings for all our locations.
