We're growing, and we're looking for a skilled, personable injector to grow with us. The Role As an Aesthetic Injector, you'll bring our injectable and wellness services to life—delivering beautiful, natural-looking results while building lasting relationships with our clients. You'll work alongside a collaborative, founder-led team that genuinely invests in your training and development. What You'll Do Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments with an artistic, natural-results approach Administer biostimulator treatments (e.g., Sculptra) and other advanced injectables Deliver wellness and longevity services including

BHRT, GLP-1

weight management, peptide therapy, and IV/nutrient therapy, laser, body countouring Perform complementary treatments such as microneedling and PRP (depending on concerns) Conduct thorough consultations, build customized treatment plans, and educate clients Maintain meticulous documentation, follow safety and infection-control protocols, and ensure full regulatory compliance Partner with the team on client retention, treatment plan follow-through, and a best-in-class client experience What We're Looking For Active, unrestricted Virginia license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) Prescriptive authority and ability to practice under a collaborative agreement as required by VA law Hands-on aesthetic injection experience (neuromodulators and fillers); we'll provide advanced training for the right candidate with a strong foundation Committed to ongoing professional growth —you take initiative to pursue continuing education on your own and stay current on new techniques, products, and best practices in aesthetics and wellness Active social media presence and comfort creating content—you're excited to share treatments, results, and education (within compliance) to help grow the practice's brand Genuine interest in aesthetics, wellness, hormone optimization, and longevity medicine Excellent bedside manner, communication skills, and an eye for natural, balanced results Professional, dependable, and excited to grow within a high-standards Why Join Core Aesthetic Founder-led mentorship from a clinical pharmacist with compounding and pharmaceutical expertise Access to advanced formulations and clinical support through our affiliated compounding pharmacy Ongoing training and opportunities to expand your skill set and service menu A supportive, growth-minded team and a loyal, professional client base Competitive earning potential with performance incentives
