Full Job Description About Us:

Aeris Skin & Beauty is a boutique, results-driven studio specializing in advanced skin treatments, permanent makeup, and metabolic body contouring using Invisa-RED technology. We are expanding our AmberLight Metabolic Studio and looking for a motivated individual who can connect with clients, educate them, and help guide them into the right program —while also delivering high-quality treatments.

Position Overview:

This is a hybrid role combining client consultation, light sales, and hands-on body contouring treatments .

You will:

Speak with potential clients Help determine if the program is right for them Guide them into the appropriate package Perform their sessions and track progress

Responsibilities:

Conduct client consultations (in-person) Educate clients on metabolic body contouring Recommend appropriate treatment programs Perform 1-hour Invisa-RED sessions Take measurements and progress photos Track client results and experience Maintain a clean, professional treatment space

Requirements:

Health and wellness oriented mindset Strong communication and people skills Comfortable discussing results and guiding clients into programs Ability to learn and follow consultation structure Must be able to pass laser safety and device usage training/test Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently Preferred (but not required): Esthetician or spa experience Sales or consultative experience Interest in body contouring, weight loss, or wellness

Schedule:

Flexible / On-call to start Daytime and some evening availability preferred Hours increase as bookings grow Compensation Structure (Example): Per session pay Commission on packages sold Performance bonuses
