Responsibilities Provide a wide range of skincare services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments tailored to each client's needs. Perform body waxing services such as waxing and body waxing to ensure smooth, flawless skin. Apply makeup and other aesthetic treatments to enhance clients' natural beauty. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to support their ongoing beauty goals. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards during all treatments to ensure client safety and comfort. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment options, and deliver personalized care with professionalism and enthusiasm. Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring punctuality and a seamless experience for each client while promoting retail products and additional services. Experience Proven experience in skincare, spa services, or esthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or dermabrasion. Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments and advanced aesthetic procedures is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients. Familiarity with sanitation protocols, body waxing techniques, and retail sales strategies. Certification or licensure in cosmetology or esthetics required by local regulations; ongoing education in skincare trends is a plus. Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills and self-motivation.
