Responsibilities Provide a range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, and more. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with industry standards. Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products. Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos and upselling techniques. Manage front desk operations including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and processing payments. Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty treatments, including hair extensions, tattooing, deep tissue massage, and makeup application. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience while maintaining high levels of hospitality. Skills Strong management skills with the ability to lead by example in a salon environment. Proficiency in using salon software systems for appointment scheduling and client management. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff. Experience in customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with various esthetic techniques. Ability to perform retail sales effectively while promoting services offered at the salon or med spa. Experience in social media management to enhance online presence and engage with clients.
