Job Summary Join our dynamic wellness team as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician, where your skills will elevate client experiences and foster their well-being. In this role, you will deliver personalized massage therapy and skincare treatments that promote relaxation, pain relief, and skin health. Responsibilities Provide high-quality massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities aimed at pain management and relaxation. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual concerns, medical history, and treatment goals. Perform skincare treatments such as facials, exfoliations, and skin analysis to enhance clients' skin health. Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with privacy regulations. Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and recommended follow-up treatments to optimize results. Ensure a welcoming environment by delivering outstanding customer service with professionalism and empathy. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education to enhance your skill set. Qualifications Valid licensure as a Massage Therapist and Esthetician in accordance with state regulations. Proven experience in patient service with a focus on personalized care. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and skin science. Expertise in deep tissue massage techniques and trigger point therapy for effective pain relief. Familiarity with occupational health principles relevant to client treatment plans. Previous med spa or wellness center experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals. Pay:
$40,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
