Key Responsibilities The Medical Aesthetician will play a vital role in patient care and daily clinical operations, including: Maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards. Creating a welcoming, positive experience for every patient. Performing aesthetic treatments such as facials, HydraFacials, dermaplaning, SkinPen microneedling, and laser services. Serving as a skincare expert, providing personalized product recommendations, treatment plans, and ongoing patient education. Staying current with industry advancements and participating in continuing education, training, and professional development opportunities. Taking high‑quality before and after photos. Applying topical numbing when appropriate. Preparing treatment quotes and ensuring patients review and sign them prior to services. Confirming all consents are signed and saved in the EMR before treatment. Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room. Sterilizing equipment and ensuring all sanitation protocols are followed. Returning patient calls and answering questions in a timely, professional manner.
