Job Description:

We are seeking an outstanding Licensed Esthetician who is deeply passionate about skincare and beauty to play a pivotal role in our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in delivering a diverse array of esthetic services and excel in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Additionally, we are looking for someone with expertise in luxury skincare brands like Valmont and Eminence Organics, capable of seamlessly integrating these products into our service offerings and retail experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Administer a comprehensive range of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, and body treatments, strictly adhering to company protocols and standards. 2. Conduct thorough skin analyses to accurately assess clients' skincare needs and recommend personalized treatments and products. 3. Educate clients on proper skincare practices and develop customized home care regimens, utilizing the benefits of Valmont and Eminence Organics products. 4. Provide exemplary customer service by addressing clients' concerns, ensuring their comfort, and surpassing their expectations throughout their spa journey. 5. Actively promote and retail skincare products to clients, effectively communicating the unique features and benefits of Valmont and Eminence Organics lines. 6. Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization within the workspace, strictly adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines at all times. 7. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in skincare and esthetics, actively participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. 8. Collaborate closely with fellow team members to ensure a seamless and delightful experience for our clientele.

Qualifications:

1. Must hold a valid Esthetician license in the state of South Carolina and possess liability insurance. 2. Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience as an Esthetician in a reputable spa or salon environment. 3. Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional esthetic services and achieving unparalleled customer satisfaction. 4. Deep understanding of skincare products, ingredients, and treatments, with specialized knowledge of luxury brands like Valmont and Eminence Organics. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building genuine connections with clients and effectively promoting products. 6. Proven sales acumen, preferably within a retail setting, with the ability to drive product sales and upsells. 7.
