Commission-based About the Role We are a reputable medical spa in Fort Mill, SC, dedicated to delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments and exceptional client care. We are currently seeking a Licensed Esthetician / Certified Medical Assistant to join our growing team of passionate professionals. This role is ideal for someone who is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in both clinical support and aesthetic services. Key Responsibilities Greet and prepare patients for aesthetic procedures in a professional and welcoming manner Perform non-invasive aesthetic treatments within scope of practice (facials, peels, non-invasive body contouring treatments) Assist other providers during treatments as needed Conduct client consultations and develop customized treatment plans Educate clients on services, skincare products, and aftercare Accurately document patient history, treatment notes, and update EMR systems Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment environment Ensure completion of intake forms and pre-treatment assessments Manage patient follow-ups and ensure excellent aftercare communication Adhere to HIPAA regulations and all safety protocols Assist with inventory management and supply ordering Provide support with front desk duties and scheduling as needed Qualifications Active Esthetician license in South Carolina Minimum of 2 years of experience performing esthetic treatments in a med spa, spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology setting preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Comfortable using EMR systems and other technology Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Benefits & Perks Competitive pay with bonus opportunities Employee discounts on treatments and skincare products Supportive and collaborative team environment Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
