High Earning Potential:

Paid Standby Time:

All required staff meetings, onboarding, and training sessions are paid at a fixed hourly standby rate.

As our primary Esthetician, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our treatment protocols, salt-body enhancements, and product menu.

Key Responsibilities Perform customized facial treatments, advanced salt body scrubs/treatments, and specialized skin consultations. Create tailored home care regimens for clients to achieve optimal skin health. Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and room presentation. Manage product inventory for the skincare division and participate in retail promotion events. Qualifications Active South Carolina Esthetician or Cosmetology License. Proven experience in advanced facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or specialized body treatments. Strong retail consultation skills with a non-pushy, educational approach. Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to high-end service standards.

Pay:

$45.00 - $65.00 per hour
