Administer injectable treatments (such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic enhancements) with high precision, safety, and meticulous attention to detail. Deliver an unmatched level of hospitality and care, ensuring every client feels comfortable, valued, and well-attended to during their visit. Provide clear pre- and post-procedure education, including expected outcomes, side effects, and home care instructions. Maintain complete, accurate, HIPAA-compliant patient records, documenting treatments, progress, and any adverse reactions. Monitor patients during recovery and handle any complications or concerns with empathy and precision. Actively engage in marketing, patient outreach, and social media content creation to help build and retain your patient book. Demonstrate cross-functionality by supporting overall clinic operations, assisting with front-desk duties, scheduling, client check-in/out, and administrative tasks as needed in a fast-paced, small business environment. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, product lines, and advancements in aesthetic medicine through ongoing education and training. Collaborate closely with other providers, clinic managers, and team members to ensure cohesive, high-quality patient care and maintain our elevated luxury standard. Required Skills and Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license certified in the state of South Carolina. Certification as an Aesthetic Injector or equivalent credentials. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic injecting, with a strong knowledge of facial anatomy, cosmetic dermatology, and safety protocols. Demonstrated cross-functional capabilities, with the ability to balance clinical procedures, administrative responsibilities, and client experience tasks. Ability to multitask and maintain composure, accuracy, and luxury-level client care in a fast-paced setting. Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a strong dedication to patient hospitality and white-glove service. High level of attention to detail, strict adherence to infection control, and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and sterile luxury environment. Experience or familiarity with modern EMR / patient record management software. Adaptable, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in on administrative duties as part of a small business team. Physical ability to remain standing or upright for extended periods during procedures. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to our Mount Pleasant office located on Chuck Dawley Blvd.
