In this role, you will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments that combine clinical expertise with personalized care, ensuring each client experiences transformative results. Your expertise in skincare, micro-channeling, and aesthetic procedures will help clients achieve their beauty goals while providing exceptional customer service. This opportunity is for someone with their own clientel, and needs a professional environment to build their business. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of medi-clinical esthetic services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, with precision and professionalism. Must have own book of clients and manage own schedule Provide expert product demonstrations and recommend advanced skincare products tailored to individual client needs. Deliver personalized client consultations to assess skin conditions, develop customized treatment plans, and communicate expected outcomes clearly. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards across all treatment areas, ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff. Engage clients through excellent communication skills, fostering trust and building lasting relationships that encourage repeat visits and retail sales Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Ability to perform multiple aesthetic treatments confidently while maintaining high standards of sanitation. Experience with sales techniques to promote retail products and enhance client satisfaction. Exceptional communication skills to educate clients about treatment options and aftercare instructions.
