Job Description
Description Responsibilities Perform massage and body care by utilizing various treatments such as deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, and pre-natal. Provide therapeutic massage, reflexology and related services to enhance guest health and wellness. Utilize, maintain and conduct inventory of supplies and products. Maintain cleanliness of work area. Maintain records as required by federal, state, local and company regulations. Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Perform general Spa duties, as needed. There is an automatic 20% service commission and 18% gratuity included with each service provided in addition to the hourly rate.
