We are looking for a licensed esthetician to join our salon team! Our ideal candidate is a well-rounded esthetician who is confident performing a variety of services and enjoys creating an exceptional client experience. Experience with lash extensions is highly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to grow. Services & Experience Experience with the following services is preferred: Lash extensions — experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Body waxing Sonic Smooth and chemical peel treatments Lash lifts and tints Brow laminations and tints General esthetic services and client care You do not have to be an expert in every service on day one. We are looking for someone who is comfortable learning, taking direction, and continuing to expand their skill set. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate: Holds a current South Carolina Esthetician license Has experience performing multiple esthetic services Is professional, dependable, and client-focused Is comfortable working independently Is open to continued education and training Maintains excellent sanitation and safety standards Is comfortable working in a commission-based environment Is available to work part-time, including Saturdays Genuinely enjoys helping clients feel confident and cared for Compensation This is a commission-based position , meaning your earning potential is directly connected to your bookings and service sales. Our service pricing includes a built-in gratuity component, which is included in the compensation structure in addition to the service commission. The more you build your clientele and fill your schedule, the more opportunity you have to increase your income.
