You would work independently on a daily basis but have a spa manager and owner to take care of the office side of the business. Education support is available and encouraged. Duties Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, organic skin care line, and other esthetic services that you might offer to address individual skin concerns. Provide professional massage therapy services such as deep tissue massage to promote relaxation and muscle relief. Deliver spa services including waxing (body waxing and facial waxing), eyelash extensions, makeup application, and product demos to enhance clients' beauty routines. Educate clients on skincare products and aesthetic treatments to support their ongoing beauty goals. Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning and sterilizing all tools, equipment, and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations. Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their needs, explain treatment options clearly, and ensure a positive experience. Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable products based on client needs and conducting product demonstrations to boost client satisfaction. Qualifications Valid state licensure as an Esthetician or Massage Therapist with active certifications in skincare or massage therapy. Proven experience in providing facials, chemical peels, dermaplane, microneedling, eyelash extensions, waxing services, and body waxing. Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, aesthetic treatments, and the latest spa service techniques. Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and build trust through personalized consultations. Demonstrated commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all treatments performed. Ability to promote retail sales confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
