We are focused on all 360 degrees of our patients' well-being, helping them look good and feel good, inside and out. The position is for our Dandridge clinic; however, we will request the candidate to work in Dandridge and in Farragut when requested). Responsibilities and Expectations for a Patient Care Coordinator at Beautique Medical Anti Aging Clinic Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with scheduling software. Sales acumen and ability to discuss pricing confidently. Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and willingness to learn. Ability to travel to other clinic locations as needed Patient Scheduling and Communication Ability to Manage appointments, including consultations, treatments, and follow-ups. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries about procedures, pricing, and scheduling. Ensure timely reminders and communication about upcoming appointments. Provide detailed information on medical aesthetic treatments and products offered.. Ability to thoroughly Explain financing options and payment plans when applicable. Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment history and consent forms. Ability to Handle payments and payment documentation Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance with all patient information. Deliver a welcoming and professional experience for every patient Collaborate with providers to ensure smooth scheduling and treatment planning. Communicate patient concerns or preferences to the medical team Stay informed about new treatments, technology, and industry trends While we NEED a Patient Care Coordinator, we will also entertain estheticians/aestheticans who are Patient Care Coordinators, first, learn all of our systems, and may slowly develop into a full-time provider as needed. The medical Aesthetician consults with clients to select an appropriate treatment, and performs treatments, such as DiamondGlows, VI Peels, Chemical Peels, and Dermaplanes. The Aesthetician will be an expert at skin care and will recommend medical grade skin care for our patients to perform at home. The Aesthetician wil be trained perform body contouring procedures, such as CoolSculpting Elite, Emsculpt Neo, EmTone; EmFace non-surgical facelift; laser skin rejuvenation; Emsella, ExoMind, and Exion. Experience in the industry is not required, although it could be helpful, although a high passion for the industry is a must. We will ask for references. Personality and professionalism (coming to work on time, with a great attitude) are the two keys to success. Successful Patient Care Coordiators and Aestheticians are positive personalities with great customer service, warm personality, and determined to make their patients feel and look their best. Note - Hourly pay is one component, Aestheticians are allowed tips on some procedures and have weekly bonuses.
