Job Description
Overview We are a new salon in Madison TN! Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Esthetician and become a vital part of a vibrant beauty and wellness environment! In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments, perform advanced cosmetic procedures, and provide personalized skincare solutions that leave clients feeling confident and radiant. Your expertise will help clients achieve their beauty goals while ensuring safety, sanitation, and professionalism are maintained at the highest standards. This offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a lively, supportive setting where innovation and client satisfaction are at the forefront. Suite rental $ 275-300 per week with a 6 month to one year contract. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including but not limited to facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions if applies with precision and care Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare instructions to maximize treatment benefits Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, address concerns, and provide a welcoming experience that encourages repeat visits Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in cosmetology or related fields Proven experience in performing aesthetic treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing and skincare procedures Skilled in permanent makeup techniques including lip blush, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, tattooing, and related cosmetic procedures (preferred but not require) Knowledge of color theory, anatomy relevant to skin and facial structures, and infection control practices Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients Embark on a rewarding career where your artistry meets science!
