Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, microneedling, body contouring, laser hair removal and esthetic laser treatments with precision and professionalism. Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their individual skin types and concerns. Manage medical records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations. Assist in sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and retail items to enhance client results. Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve service quality. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. Knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and safety standards essential for esthetic procedures. Formal training in cosmetology or esthetics with valid licensure as a Licensed Esthetician. Experience operating EMR systems for accurate record keeping of treatments and client information. Skills in advanced esthetic treatments to include microneedling, facials/chemical peels, laser hair removal, and body contouring preferred Ability to perform hair threading, body waxing, and other hair removal techniques efficiently. Understanding of medical records management related to skincare treatments involving medical procedures or laser therapy. Effective sales skills combined with a passion for helping clients achieve their beauty goals.
