Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive instruction on esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser treatments. Develop engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and industry best practices. Demonstrate practical skills such as makeup application, hair styling, hair extensions, hair coloring, threading, and nail care to students. Guide students through hands-on practice sessions while providing constructive feedback to enhance their technical abilities. Incorporate specialized techniques like trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage into training modules. Assess student progress regularly through evaluations and practical demonstrations to ensure mastery of skills. Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages learning, creativity, and professional growth. Qualifications Valid state licensure as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist with extensive hands-on experience in esthetic treatments. Proven classroom or training experience in adult education settings, preferably within cosmetology or esthetics programs. Strong knowledge of anatomy and skin physiology to effectively teach treatment techniques. Skilled in a variety of Aesthetic services including facials, laser treatments, dermabrasion, and body waxing. Expertise in hair styling, coloring, extensions, threading, makeup application, and nail care is highly desirable. Familiarity with advanced aesthetic procedures such as eyelash extensions and aesthetic laser treatments. Ability to plan lessons effectively and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
