Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Esthetician/Licensed Facial Specialist/Botox Injector to join our vibrant skincare and beauty team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional facial treatments, advanced skin care procedures, and non-invasive cosmetic enhancements that elevate our clients' confidence and well-being. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where guests feel pampered, informed, and empowered to achieve their aesthetic goals. Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion and microneedling. Administer Botox injections following safety protocols and industry standards to enhance clients' natural beauty. Conduct laser treatments, dermal rejuvenation procedures, and other advanced skin therapies to address various skin concerns. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their individual needs. Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing equipment, cleaning treatment areas, and adhering to health regulations to ensure client safety. Assist with retail sales by demonstrating product demos, upselling skincare lines, and promoting retail items that complement treatments. Engage with clients through social media management and guest services to build lasting relationships and promote our services effectively. Support front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures, answering inquiries, and managing appointment bookings. Stay current with industry trends such as hair extensions, tattooing techniques, hair styling, nail care, color theory, and esthetic laser treatments to provide innovative services. Skills Valid cosmetology license with specialized training in esthetics; experience with botulinum toxin treatment is highly preferred. Strong management skills for handling multiple appointments and client records efficiently. Proficiency in salon management software for scheduling and client database management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment. Experience with retail sales techniques including upselling products during consultations or treatment sessions. Skilled in social media management for marketing services and engaging with the community online. Familiarity with advanced skincare procedures such as dermabrasion, microneedling, PRP/PRF, esthetic laser treatments, and body waxing.
