This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about aesthetics, loves creating an exceptional client experience, and is motivated to build and maintain a loyal clientele. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with Luxe—not simply perform services

POSITION DETAILS

Start Date:

October 2026

Part-Time:

Thursday-Friday | 16 hours/week Opportunity to transition to full-time as clientele grows Hourly W-2 position — not commission-based Performance-based pay increases Quarterly bonus opportunities Product & service discounts after probationary period

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform esthetic services including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, waxing, lash/brow treatments, microneedling, and other services offered by Luxe Beauty Provide professional skincare consultations and create personalized treatment plans Educate clients and confidently recommend professional skincare products to support their results Build strong client relationships that encourage rebooking, referrals, and long-term loyalty Actively work to grow your clientele and service schedule Maintain a professional social media presence and consistently create content featuring treatments, results, skincare education, and services Represent the Luxe Beauty brand professionally both in the spa and online Maintain a clean, organized, and properly sanitized treatment environment Assist with front desk and administrative responsibilities during downtime, including scheduling, phones, client records, stocking, and general spa upkeepStay current on treatments, products, techniques, and industry trends

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Current Texas Esthetician License Minimum 1 year of esthetics experience preferred Strong technical and consultation skills Motivated to build and maintain a growing clientele Comfortable recommending and selling professional skincare Social-media savvy and comfortable consistently creating content Professional, dependable, organized, and productive Friendly and upbeat with excellent client communication skills Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed Interested in continued education and professional growth
