Our new build beauty salon is currently seeking a skilled and passionate esthetician to join and help build our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is eager to grow professionally while providing top-quality skincare services and honing vetting skills. •Salon looking to build clientele in skin services•Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, brow laminating, and lash lifting. Conduct thorough skin assessments to determine appropriate treatments tailored to individual client needs. Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products and routines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment to ensure a safe environment. Manage client appointments and maintain accurate records of services provided. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience through hospitality and professionalism. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in esthetics. Ability to market yourself as "The Go-To Esti". whether its through social media or marketing materials Experience Previous experience in salon setting is preferred. Proficiency in various esthetic techniques, including facials, brows, lashes and product demos. A valid cosmetology license is required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. A commitment to ongoing professional development in the esthetics field is highly valued.
