Experienced Esthetician / Lash Artist Lash and Company Conroe 1904 Longmire Road, Conroe, TX 77304 From $14 an hour - Full-time From $14 an hour - Full-time About Us Lash & Company is a luxury beauty studio specializing in eyelash extensions, brows, facials, skincare, and permanent makeup. We're opening our beautiful new Conroe location and are looking for passionate, experienced estheticians who love creating exceptional client experiences while growing their careers in a supportive, education-focused environment. If you're motivated, dependable, and passionate about the beauty industry, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Perform high-quality eyelash extension services (Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume preferred) and esthetic services Recommend services and retail products based on client needs Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional customer service Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment room following Texas regulations Complete client consultations, treatment notes, and before/after photos Rebook clients and educate them on proper aftercare Work collaboratively with the Lash & Company team
