Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive training sessions on advanced techniques such as trigger point therapy, facial treatments, eyelash extensions, body waxing, nail care, and esthetic laser treatments Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to adult learners to enhance their skills and confidence in various estheology disciplines Mentor staff members by providing constructive feedback, coaching on best practices, and supporting their professional development Oversee classroom activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, hygiene standards, and industry regulations Conduct demonstrations of specialized treatments including dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, facials, makeup application, and aesthetic treatments Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in cosmetology to continuously improve training content and service offerings Maintain detailed records of training sessions, certifications earned by staff, and progress reports

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
