Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Esthetician and/or Nail Technician, where your passion for beauty and skincare will shine! Responsibilities Provide a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, and eyelash extensions to meet individual client needs. Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, nail care, and nail art with precision and creativity. Apply hair styling techniques including hair extensions, hair threading, and barbering services to enhance client appearance. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail options to support their beauty goals. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict cleanliness protocols for all tools and treatment areas. Upsell retail products effectively by demonstrating their benefits and aligning them with client needs using retail math skills. Communicate clearly with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized consultations for esthetic laser treatments or other specialized services. Experience Proven experience as an esthetician or nail technician with a strong portfolio of skincare and nail services. Knowledge of color theory to assist clients in choosing flattering shades for nails or makeup applications. Familiarity with advanced techniques such as eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships through active listening and professional communication. Ability to perform body waxing, hair styling, hair threading, and barbering with precision and care. Strong understanding of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon or spa environment.
