About the
Role:
As an Aesthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing clients' skin health and overall appearance through expert skincare treatments and personalized beauty services. Your work will involve assessing individual skin types and conditions to recommend and perform appropriate treatments such as chemical peels, makeup application, and hair care services. You will contribute to client satisfaction by providing professional advice on skincare products and routines tailored to their unique needs. This position requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety while delivering exceptional customer service. Ultimately, your expertise will help clients feel confident and rejuvenated, fostering long-term relationships and promoting the reputation of the establishment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Valid state license as an Aesthetician in the United States. Proven experience in performing skincare treatments such as chemical peels and waxing. Strong knowledge of skin care products and cosmetics. Ability to communicate effectively in English. High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency to serve a diverse client base effectively. Certification or training in advanced skincare techniques and hair cutting. Experience working in a high-volume spa or salon environment. Additional certifications in makeup artistry or hair care. Customer service training or experience.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough skin analyses to determine clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments and products. Perform a variety of skincare services including facials, chemical peels, makeup application, Brazilian waxing, and hair cutting. Educate clients on proper skincare routines and the use of skin care products to maintain and improve skin health. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage client appointments, maintain detailed records of treatments, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
