We are dedicated to delivering exceptional results through clinically-proven treatments, cutting-edge technology, and individualized client care in a safe and luxurious setting.

Responsibilities:

Perform or assist with invasive and minimally invasive procedures , including: Microneedling (with or without PRP) RF microneedling with Morpheus 8 Laser Hair Removal Educate clients on skincare routines and products Conduct detailed skin analyses and consultations Recommend treatment plans and medical-grade skincare regimens Design progressive treatment plans based on the client's skincare goals Follow-up with phone calls/messages with clients Follow up with new leads and messages on Slack & Aesthetic Record Maintain strict hygiene, infection control, and safety standards Keep accurate documentation of all treatments, notes, and client progress Client Experience & Front Desk Duties Greet and check in/out clients with a professional and friendly demeanor Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and handle client communications Process payments, maintain accurate records, and ensure patient confidentiality Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction Cleanliness & Spa Maintenance Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized treatment room at all times Follow infection control and sanitation protocols meticulously Keep common areas (lobby, restrooms, treatment rooms) clean and inviting throughout the day Ensure spa ambiance reflects the high standards of the brand (lighting, scent, music, etc.)

Experience:

Prior experience as an Esthetician (Required). Proficiency in using Aesthetic Record (Preferred). Morpheus 8 & Laser Hair Removal (Preferred). Diamond Glow Certification is a plus. Skin Pen Certification is a plus. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
