Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and laser treatments. Provide professional skincare consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Maintain strict sanitation procedures throughout all services to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance. Utilize salon software such as

MINDBODY

to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage retail sales efficiently. Assist clients with retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools to enhance their at-home routines. Stay current with industry trends and new aesthetic techniques to continually improve service offerings. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized after each use. Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews. Experience Proven experience working as an Esthetician or in the beauty industry with a strong understanding of skincare treatments and cosmetic procedures. Knowledge of salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms. Hands-on experience with a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox injections, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, laser therapy, and other advanced skin care techniques. Familiarity with sanitation procedures and safety protocols required for clinical aesthetic services. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients. Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetics from an accredited program is required; additional certifications in laser treatment or dermal fillers are a plus.
