The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty services, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities Advanced Skincare Knowledge :
Strong understanding of skin anatomy, skin conditions, and product ingredients to tailor treatments effectively.
HydraFacial Proficiency :
Proven experience in performing HydraFacial treatments, including knowledge of customizations and aftercare recommendations.
Sinclair Technology Familiarity :
Hands-on experience with Sinclair products and technologies (e.g., laser, radiofrequency, or microneedling devices) and the ability to explain these procedures to clients.
Waxing Expertise :
Skilled in both soft and hard wax techniques for various areas of the body, ensuring client comfort and effective hair removal.
Customer Consultation :
Ability to conduct thorough consultations to assess skin concerns and create customized treatment plans.
Product Knowledge and Retailing :
Familiarity with professional skincare brands and the ability to recommend home-care products to complement treatments.
Sales and Upselling :
Comfortable discussing and promoting additional treatments, packages, and memberships to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Infection Control and Sanitation :
Adherence to the highest hygiene standards and protocols for maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Strong Interpersonal Skills :
Friendly, professional demeanor to build strong client relationships and ensure a welcoming experience.
Continuous Learning :
Willingness to participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and industry trends. Experience Previous experience as an Esthetician. Familiarity with med spa environment is required. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Ability to manage time efficiently while providing high-quality service. Knowledge of how to use a Sinclair laser machine.
