Ongoing, hands-on training with advanced non-ablative technologies What You'll Do As an FTV (First Time Visitor) Esthetician , you are the first hands-on experience clients have with our brand. You play a key role in creating a memorable introduction to our treatments while working closely with Skin Health Consultants to guide new clients toward their long-term skin health journey.

Key Responsibilities Skin Treatments:

Deliver chemical peels, hydradermabrasion, ultrasound treatments, and body contouring treatments .

Support Consultations:

Work closely with Skin Health Consultants to reinforce treatment recommendations and answer client questions.

Client Education:

Explain services, technology, skincare philosophy, ongoing treatments, and professional home care .

Sales & Client Retention:

Confidently discuss treatment plans, memberships, packages, and retail products to help convert first-time visitors into long-term clients.

Documentation & Standards:

Maintain accurate client documentation and uphold Novuskin's gold-standard brand protocols .

What We're Looking For Credentials:

Licensed Esthetician — Required Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed Laser Technician

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
