Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Licensed Esthetician to run our T-Shape Body Sculpting Program. In this role, you will market our services, provide non-invasive treatments to guests, ensuring exceptional client experiences and maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism. Leads will be provided and initial appointments will be booked for you. This position will perform the treatments, keep detailed logs, follow up with clients and market the treatments in a vibrant spa setting. Hourly pay plus commissions on sales! Duties Conduct thorough client consultations, discussing their goals, medical history and contraindications. Perform T-Shape Body Sculpting treatments including abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms, glutes, back and face/neck Attend a two day, off-site training (paid training) Keep detailed records of clients treatment plan, results, and inventory of supplies Educate clients on device technology, package options, treatment recommendations, and payment options Maintain strict sanitation standards across all treatment areas, adhering to health regulations and safety protocols Manage client communication effectively, ensuring personalized service that builds trust and loyalty Skills Proficiency in providing high end spa services or medical treatments Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients Sales professionalism and the ability to educate a guest on options and recommend a treatment package suitable for them Excellent sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Ability to educate clients on device technology, follow up, and aesthetic options effectively Proven sales skills with a focus on retail product promotion to enhance client results and business growth Assist with marketing efforts, including social media Join us as an Esthetician to run a cutting-edge body sculpting program, instill confidence through expert solutions and manage a book of business.
