Confidently, knowledgeably educate guests about services, products and programs Able to reach monthly sales goals Provide exceptional service by listening, communicating and responding to guest's needs Promote therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy and skin therapy Link therapeutic products to the guest's service to enhance the guest's experience at home Create and maintain positive relationships with team members and guests Recognize and support team sales goals Assist in Retreat cleanliness as needed

Qualifications:
