$18 per hour + 15% commission on qualifying package sales About the Position Health is Wealth Weight Loss & Spa is seeking a licensed, experienced, and self-motivated Esthetician to join our growing team on weekends. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and can confidently provide exceptional client care without needing constant supervision or direction. This is an excellent opportunity for an Esthetician who enjoys aesthetics, skincare, body treatments, and building relationships with clients. Schedule Saturday and Sunday availability is required Weekend-only position Must be reliable and dependable Compensation $18 per hour 15% commission on packages sold Commission opportunities include qualifying body treatment packages and other service packages Responsibilities Perform professional esthetic and skincare services Perform and assist with approved body contouring and body treatments Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate services Educate clients on treatment plans and package options Help promote and sell treatment packages Prepare treatment rooms before and between clients Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards Complete required treatment documentation Follow all company policies, treatment protocols, and safety procedures Provide exceptional customer service and help create a positive client experience Manage downtime productively, including room preparation, follow-ups, and client engagement Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Holds a current Texas Esthetician License Can work independently with minimal supervision Is confident performing skincare and body treatments within their scope of practice Is dependable and punctual Has strong customer service and communication skills Is comfortable recommending services and discussing treatment packages with clients Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do Maintains a professional appearance and attitude Works well in a fast-paced and growing med spa environment Is eager to grow with a developing business Important This position is specifically for someone who can confidently manage their responsibilities and clients during their scheduled shift. We are seeking an independent, motivated professional, not someone who requires constant direction or supervision. Weekend availability is mandatory. This position is currently open for Saturdays and Sundays only.
