  • Part-time Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in various advanced esthetic treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional client service. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty and wellness of our clients through personalized skincare treatments and services. Schedule Part time (No more than 30hr a week) with potential to grow into full time Pay is hourly + commission and tips Duties Perform services such as: facials, chemical peels, microneedling, hydrofacial, body contouring, face waxing, lash lift, etc Assist with front desk duties including checking clients in/out, answering phones, creating social media content Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products tailored to individual client needs. Engage in sales by promoting and upselling skincare products and memberships Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment that adheres to health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction with services provided. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to enhance service offerings. Assist with Social Media Marketing to create content and boost appointment book Qualifications
  • MUST have at least 1 year of professional hands on experience in the Aesthetics field
  • Valid Texas aesthetician license
  • Experience with advanced esthetic treatments and medical grade skincare products
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Experience in multiple skin types (different skin tones, acne, teen acne, adult acne, hyperpigmentation, mature skin, young skin, etc)
  • Social media experience with an outgoing personality to create content
  • Sales experience is a PLUS
  • A passion for beauty and wellness with a commitment to continuous learning in the field.
