We are seeking a passionate, motivated Licensed Aesthetician who enjoys building lasting patient relationships and contributing to a collaborative, high-end practice. Position Summary The Licensed Aesthetician will provide personalized skincare consultations and perform professional aesthetic treatments while educating patients on treatment plans and medical-grade skincare. This individual should be highly skilled, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to providing an outstanding patient experience. Responsibilities Perform customized facials, chemical peels, and advanced technology facial treatments in accordance with practice protocols and Texas regulations. Educate patients on skincare, treatment plans, and medical-grade products. Recommend retail products and home skincare regimens to optimize treatment outcomes. Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional service and follow-up care. Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records. Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies are clean, organized, and fully stocked. Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and professionalism. Assist with inventory management and product merchandising. Participate in practice events, promotions, and team meetings. Help grow the aesthetic practice through patient education, referrals, and excellent customer service. Qualifications Current Texas Aesthetician License in good standing. Graduate of an accredited esthetics program. Experience performing facials, chemical peels, and advanced skincare treatments preferred. Strong sales and patient education skills with a passion for medical-grade skincare. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. Comfortable using electronic medical records and practice management software. Ability to work independently while collaborating with physicians and staff.
