Duties Provide advanced esthetic treatments including, dermabrasion. Lead and mentor team members to uphold service excellence, product knowledge, and technical skills. Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and recommend tailored skincare solutions. Perform product demos and educate clients on skincare routines, retail products, and treatment benefits to enhance their results. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards across all treatment areas, tools, and equipment to ensure client safety. Manage retail sales by promoting skincare products and services that meet individual client goals. Oversee scheduling, client follow-ups, and ensure a seamless flow of appointments to maximize client satisfaction. Qualifications Valid esthetician license with comprehensive knowledge of skincare treatments. Proven experience in esthetic, dermabrasion. Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and collaborate with team members. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a sterile treatment environment. Ability to perform product demos confidently and promote retail sales effectively. Prior leadership experience or a desire to develop leadership skills within the esthetic field is preferred.
