Responsibilities Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and intricate nail art using advanced techniques. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to promote overall wellness and brand loyalty. Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations. Upsell additional services or retail products confidently to maximize client satisfaction. Experience Proven experience as an esthetician or nail technician with a strong portfolio of services performed. Knowledge of color theory to assist clients in choosing complementary shades for nails. Familiarity with advanced treatments such as esthetic laser procedures. Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and retail options while providing outstanding customer service. Ability to perform body waxing. Experience with retail math for upselling products effectively while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Certification and active license in cosmetology or esthetics from an accredited program is required; ongoing education in new techniques is a plus.
