Our team trains under the medical direction of board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Vitali Azouz, alongside our Aesthetic Director, Jo Ann Cilona, who brings years of advanced aesthetics experience directly from Northern Italy. Under their clinical leadership, you'll develop real expertise—not just surface-level skills. This is where serious aesthetic professionals come to level up. Position Overview:
Luna Allure is seeking a dedicated Licensed Esthetician to provide advanced facial treatments. This is a hands-on clinical and client-service role that offers a unique opportunity to utilize your esthetic skills in our premier spa locations. A passion for sales and delivering transformative client experiences is an absolute must.
Compensation & Benefits Base Pay:
$16.00 / hour
Performance Bonuses:
$10-$130 per client, based on retail sales and treatment packages.
Tips:
Keep 100% of your service tips.4,500 - $5,500+ per month. (Our average estheticians consistently hit this benchmark within their first few months. Our incentive structure is uncapped, allowing high performers to exceed this average.)

Schedule Requirements Availability:
Must have a flexible schedule with weekend and evening availability required.
Work Week:
5 days per week (40+ hours), including 8-hour shifts, evening shifts.
Time Off:
One designated weekend off per month.
Esthetician Duties Treatment Excellence:
Perform a full spectrum of facial treatments in accordance with Luna Allure protocols. Be prompt with each appointment and perform services strictly within allotted timeframes. Properly care for equipment and utilize appropriate product amounts. Perform prep work, laundry, and thorough cleaning and restocking of treatment rooms to maintain spa cleanliness and upkeep. Warmly welcome clients and serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring proper ambiance (lighting, music, scent) in your treatment space.
Client Relations, Sales & Spa Operations:
Educate clients about Luna Allure products, services, and treatments. Actively promote and sell home skincare regimens and treatment packages. Proactively call your clients for post-treatment check-ups and to remind them of their upcoming appointments. Thoroughly document all treatments, client conversations, and signed consent forms. Consistently meet or exceed minimum retail and service sales goals (monthly, quarterly, annually). Provide team support by assisting the front desk when needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Professional Development:
Maintain complete and total knowledge of all services and products. Regularly attend training sessions and staff meetings. Participate in advanced training opportunities and stay current with industry developments.
Qualifications Required:
Current State Esthetician License Passion for sales is a MUST Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong time management and organizational abilities Computer proficiency Professional appearance and demeanor Team player mentality
Preferred:
1+ year of experience in a Day Spa or Medical Spa setting Experience with advanced facial treatments and knowledge of anti-aging protocols Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment Spanish language proficiency is a major plus Training & Commitment You will receive a comprehensive three-month training program covering our advanced skincare modalities—such as non-invasive RF, cold plasma, nano needling, and the Italian La Spezia methodology—as well as in-depth sales training for our treatment packages and medical-grade dermal care products. In return for this significant investment, we require an 18-month commitment (15 months following the initial 3-month training). Should you decide to leave before the full 18 months, you will be responsible for repaying a pro-rated portion of the $5,000 training cost. This amount is evenly spread across the 18 months, and each month you work after training proportionally reduces your repayment obligation.
Agreements & Compliance Non-Compete & Confidentiality:
Candidates must agree to a two-year non-compete in San Antonio and the surrounding areas, as well as non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements.

Must maintain strict client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards. (
